5. Purchasing and Procurement

Product availability, pricing, specifications, and lead times are controlled by third-party manufacturers and vendors. We source from reputable suppliers but cannot guarantee availability or delivery timelines.

We are not responsible for:

• Vendor delays, backorders, or discontinued items
• Shipping delays, damage during transit, or carrier issues
• Quality variations, manufacturing defects, or material inconsistencies from vendors
• Color or finish variations due to different lighting, screens, dye lots, or manufacturing processes

All custom, special-order, and non-stocked items are typically non-refundable once ordered. Standard return policies (if available) are determined by individual vendors and manufacturers.
